COBA today announced CUA's Chief Financial Officer Steve Chugg has been elected to the COBA Board.

COBA today announced CUA's Chief Financial Officer Steve Chugg has been elected to the COBA Board.

Chugg was elected at the COBA AGM, while Therese Turner, CEO of Move, was re-elected to the COBA Board.

Heritage Bank General Manager of Marketing Jane Calder has also been appointed to fill a casual vacancy due to the resignation of Julianne Plath as Move CEO and COBA Director.

Beyond Bank CEO Robert Keogh resigned from the COBA Board and did not stand for re-election.

"I welcome Steve Chugg to the COBA Board and look forward to the positive contribution he will make as a Director," COBA Chair Wendy Machin said.

"I also formally welcome Jane Calder who has been a COBA Director since June.

"I congratulate Therese Turner on being re-elected. I'd also like to acknowledge the contribution and leadership to the sector provided by Robert Keogh over many years. I also thank Julianne Plath for her service and dedication to COBA, including as interim COBA Chair."
